All orders submitted by 11:59 pm on Thursday will begin at the beginning of the upcoming week. Since we are a weekly meal subscription we cannot start meal plans mid-week. All subscription submitted after 11:59 PM on Thursdays will begin on the following Monday

Our delivery system has two routes: Sunday , Tuesday , and Thursday from 9pm-5am OR Monday , Wednesday , and Friday from 6am-12pm . We ask that Sunday , Tuesday , and Thursday night you leave the bee.anka lunch boxes and ice packs outside your door for our delivery drivers to collect. Failure to return bags may result in a bag return fee.

Changing Your Meal Plan

Since it is a weekly subscription as of now you must cancel your current meal plan and resubscribe for your new desired meal plan.

How to cancel your subscription and resubscribe for a new meal plan:

Log into your account if you are not already
Click orders => click “cancel subscription” => click submit
Once order cancellation has been completed go back to the home page
Go to => customized meal plan, select => new meal plan, and the days, then proceed to checkout

How to cancel your subscription before your next charge date

Once subscribed, your account will be auto-renewed and charged the same day that you signed up. If you wish to cancel your plan for the following week you need to cancel before the day you signed up in order to stop the autopay from going through and charging you for the following week.

In your email of your last receipt there is a section that says subscription information, the start day is the same day that we charge you every week for your meal plan.
